I can’t get to the site link at work but here’s the info and tweet (link is on tweet)

Bill Connelly
@ESPN_BillC

* Irish are No. 1 (most of 2025's CFP Almosts look good)
* Total transfusions at ISU, JMU, Memphis, etc.
* Nat'l averages continue to plummet (more for G6 than P4, of course)
* (Yes, this accounts for transfers)

I can't believe that LSU is in the top 30.

If you have time anyway you can list SEC teams and percents? If not no worries

It accounts for transfers. So while LSU isn't returning any production, they have brought in guys who produced at their previous school.

Another instance of me not actually reading the info and coming to my own conlusion. Maybe I would win best poster if I would just read now and then.

Wouldn’t this also include production at lower levels and not Power 4?

Thanks for posting the data

I like OU returning 75% of offense. I’m not concerned with D with coaches we have but offense can really take shape this year. First time under BV we have a returning OC. And Mateer returning is huge if he’s fully healthy and can be steady.

I don't think returning production is the do all and be all...but Alabama is at #90?

55% returning on our defense is about 45% too much.

I always marvel at the announcers who hype teams that have most of their starters back.

Totally depends on the quality of those players in the first place.

Agreed.

Ours are pretty good. Upgrades where needed.

Thanks for posting the link. Having trouble with X.

The 40% returning D concerns me for MU as we had a decent Defense last year. I really have no way to form an opinion on the Offense side, as we had a bad OC and a worse HC when it came to managing the Offense.

2026 is a new year and feels like we’re starting over with a new QB and a new OC. Whether they can move the needle…not a clue! Got a very good RB coming back in Hardy, and some decent receivers, but I ain’t on my phone placing (recently legal in MO) bets on the 2026 season!

South Carolina has the most production returning from 2025 among SEC teams...for them, is that a good thing?

Perhaps ... we shall see.

Returning three potential 1st Round draft picks in Sellers (QB), Stewart (DE), and Harbor (WR), combined with the key portal guys Beamer brought in ... there is some optimism.

The schedule is very tough.

Most of us believe that the real improvements made were made in our coaching ranks. We shall see.

Yes...but it could be worse. At least you aren't facing Arkansas' schedule.
