I hate doubleheaders lol. But if the two games in Fayetteville are anything like the game last night then today will be an intense one.
Last night was just both teams hanging on for dear life and Arkansas was just slightly more efficient. State had a ton of hits but Arkansas got out of some possible jams.
Both teams looked worthy of their Top 5-10 rankings last night, IMO. We will see what today brings.

That was a cheap ejection. He never taunted he just went straight down the line and threw bat at ground after a game changing HR to tie.

Oklahoma Sooner SS Jaxon Willits will have to serve a 1 game suspension after being ejected from last nights contest vs Texas A&M. However the Southeastern Conference is reviewing the matter and could issue a reversal or hold fast on the matter. Conference officials are also reviewing the actions of A&M Head Coach Michael Earley who threw a bat across the field in the 7th inning

Need to win as many close home games as you can … every series will be a toss up for every sec team imo. Baseball by far is the sec most competitive advantage over other conferences and it’s not close.

I'm not picking sides, but if I did pick a side, everyone pimping a home run would get one year of cutting my grass. And all that bullshite on 2nd base after a double would get you 30 days of washing my car.

Bat flips suck it just shows people up . Bat slams to me are different I don’t think he did it intentionally. If he would have just throws the bat down near the catcher to me it’s worse .

Exactly. We went 14-16 in conf last year. Want to see 17-13 this year and winning 3 more games will be hard. Our 5 road series are:

We had to go to bullpen early last night and they did a good job. Skip was careful and made sure no one got too many pitches. But today we need a lot of innings out of Mercurious.

I’m expecting things to escalate between A&M and OU today. Good thing for the OU batter he is suspended again today from what I understand.

I was shocked state trotted out a freshman with an era of 6 in a tied game in the bottom of the 9th. You have to sell out to win that game. It’s unlikely the next 2 games will be that close.
State has a talented offense. Would be happy to win 1/2 today and win the series.
