With all the losing this year it is good to see a coaching staff keep working to pull it all together. Still have a big hill to climb with Arkansas and likely Florida.

There hasn't been any conferences over 14 teams until a couple of years ago other than the Big East.

Lowest seed, but not the worst team to make the semis. That would be 2008 Georgia, who won it all.

If the Gatòrs beat Vandy to 100% lock in a #1 seed It wouldnt bother me if Ole Miss upset us in the SECT to secure an NCAA bid.

The topic is “how awful is Ole Miss as a semifinal participant”.
I replied they lost to a historically bad LSU team in Oxford. I’m not injecting LSU to praise the win; I’m saying it backs Ole Miss being lousy earlier in the season.

Insane that we just beat them in Oxford last game of the season. Thankful for it to not be bottom of the conference, though we are objectively the worst team it least it won't show it in the standings.
