And Kiffin still hasn’t made it to the playoff as a head coach.

Is that really correct? He completed the season to get his team to qualify for the playoffs and then didn’t coach the playoff game. Had he been allowed to coach his already playoff qualified team in the playoffs; he would have coached in at least 1 playoff game.

Don’t think your statement is correct.

In the Egg Bowl postgame radio interview the OM host was like "coach, great win, and now you get ready for the playoffs". Lane goes "mmmmmmmmmm" I don't care who you're a fan of that shite was funny.

So Alabama only has 10 National Championships, over all sports, in it's history?

he's made the playoffs. He just wasn't given the opportunity to coach in the playoffs.

This is actually true. He made the playoff but quit the team before the games.

What Kiffin apparently doesn’t understand is that if you’re not the first one to the top of the mountain, you’re just following in the footsteps of others. It’s why everyone knows the names of Neil Armstrong, Sir Edmund Hillary, Christopher Columbus, and Jackie Robinson but not Buzz Aldrin, Tenzing Norgay, John Cabot or Larry Doby (I mean we do know those names, but they aren't the ones we think of first.)

Sure, he has the opportunity to be yet another National Championship coach in BR. But he could have been a GOD in Oxford.

Another lie from the Oxford Pravda.

Kiffin gave OM notice he was taking the LSU job but offered to coach OM through the remainder of their historically best season ever.

OM declined Kiffin’s benevolence.

Was named the head coach at LSU before the playoff announcement was official. So no he hasn’t

Also, with bama @ 10 NC's, Kiffin apparently isn't very good at math...

It’s a dumb perspective.

If Kiffin wins a few SECCGs and a Natty at LSU, he’ll go down as one of LSU’s best.

Kiffin gave OM its best run in three generations and they were running him out of town and cursing at his 10 y/o nephew.

Perspective and such…

13 of your 15 titles are in swimming. Last friday your men's and women's teams lost to bama
