Sure. That might be true. But that's your perspective as a LSU fan.
What you're missing is the perspective of the Ole Miss fan. A team that's hardly won anything in their entire history. How do you think the Coach that takes them all the way to the Natty is going to be treated in Oxford?
THAT is what I'm talking about, not winning another Natty at LSU. Four folks have already done it in BR. Lane would be the 5th. It's a big deal, but not a HUGE deal. in Oxford winning a natty would be a HUGE DEAL.
Maybe I have this point of view because I'm a SC fan and we've never really won anything either. I don't know. But I do know IF we ever win won that coach that does it will be royalty in Columbia for the rest of thier life.

Dang I can't wait for next year playoffs with everyone just getting on Kiffin about abandoning a playoff team. There will be WAY more players doing that with the 2-week break in between the quarter and Semifinals. All because the Spring semester will start before the finals are even played.
So, if you ARE going to transfer you will have to do it during the playoffs because if not you won't be able to enroll in spring.
