Thank frick that is gone. I know the players like it but it is an injury waiting to happen.
I didn’t have many gripes about the Kiffin era but this was one of the top ones

Not going to lie. I loathe sideline gimmicks like that. And that includes turnover chains and things like it. They’re so dumb

Not a fan myself but after last years football season, if Lane walked in want to sacurfice a live chicken to the Football gods...Id probablly be looking for a chicken at this point.

A few years back, which team had the garbage can as a prop?

"The University of Tennessee Volunteers football team used a large trash can on the sideline as a turnover celebration prop during the 2017 season under coach Butch Jones. Defensive players would "dunk" the football into the bin—labeled "HTB" for "Hunt the Ball"—after forcing turnovers."

These kids are D-1 athletes - try keeping em away from doing stuff away from their chosen sport
