Neal is a good reporter but he’s also an outspoken Auburn fan who has made it kinda clear that he doesn’t care for Ole Miss or its fans. I have no problem with that at all by itself, but apparently he was drunk after the Oklahoma City Thunder basketball game last night and went on a tirade on Twitter after someone started talking shite to him. Lot of our message board users are upset this morning
Curious to see if he survives this. I think he will, but he isn’t doing himself any favors with a fan base that is already somewhat mixed on him

His original tweet was about the Thunder, but the spat he’s getting into in the photo OP posted was about Ole Miss. He later deleted a tweet he put out last night that basically said “I don’t have to pretend to like college sports fans on any personal level”

How did they get screwed over? He brought them together. He lead them to a great season. He made Chambliss and Lacy millionaires plus a few others. Plus he tried to bring to the finish line. Had he stayed and lead them past the semi’s, Ole Miss would have reaped more benefits than any imagined detriments to the program.
There was no debacle at Bama. Saban threw a fit and overreacted. Had Kiffin stayed they might have had a better chance to beat Clemson. He let Kirby stay through the 2015 title game even though Kirby was splitting time.
It’s a free market, no one is bound to stay when they are presented a better opportunity.
