What is their reasoning for why he should be awarded another year?

Tom Mars found the Hugh Freeze hooker calls while representing Houston Nutt against OM.

Does OM not have a law school anymore?

Who would file a suit so you can play for Ole Miss another year?

I like how these things are worded as if the lawyers are making the decisions for the player, rather than saying Chambliss has elected to file suit

Asking for a SIXTH year because he had a sore throat is crazy.

The plan is to file it in Mississippi state court, assuming that Miss. will do what they want. Maybe so but yeah it would add to the farce of it all. Just make a 20 year contract and say "NCAA can't break our existing contract." Play forever

The one you can Google about. You sure do need to be constantly spoon fed.

You’re free to believe whatever you want to believe. You’ve proven constantly just how intellectually lazy you are.

FWIW, I believe in you.

Is this the "precedent" to which you're stumbling around and trying to find?

Chambliss doesn’t have the COVID year or the JUCO distinction to use as an argument. His case is more similar to that of former Tennessee basketball player Zakai Zeigler, who played four full seasons and then tried to sue for a fifth year of playing eligibility. In June, a federal judge denied Zeigler’s request for a preliminary injunction that would have allowed him to play this season.

In anther thread it was posted that Chambliss had to complete some academic work before getting to OM.

Does the 40-60-80 rule extend to a 6th year? Would Chambliss be academically eligible?

More pertinent: why would Chambliss do anything except go pro ?
