Since there’s so much talk about the GOAT team tonight let us all bask and relive in the glory of the all time great just for a minute.
Let’s all come together and celebrate the great accomplishment and be thankful it was an SEC team to get it done.
Key Accomplishments:
- National Champions
- 15-0
- Set NCAA records for points (726) and total offense (8,526 yards), including 60 touchdown passes (an FBS record).
- Beat seven AP Top-10 teams, the most in a single season by any team.
- Quarterback won the Heisman by a record margin.
- Biletnikoff, Thorpe, and Coach of the Year
- Produced an unprecedented number of high-drafted NFL players, including five first-round picks and future record-setting contract earners of over 700 million dollars.
- Never trailed in the fourth quarter.
- Passing Touchdowns: NCAA FBS record for 60 passing touchdowns in a season (later 61 total with bowl game).
- NCAA record for highest passer rating (202.0).
- Total Touchdowns: Most total touchdowns by a player in a single season.
CFP Records: Most passing TDs in a CFP game and most passing TDs in a CFP National Championship game.
- Receiving: Two receivers both over 1,500 yards.
CFP Receiving: CFP records for receiving touchdowns in a semifinal and combined CFP games.
Running Back: 1,400+ yards
You’re welcome!

As a collective, LSU fans and Louisians are the biggest pussies I’ve ever encountered.

You’re welcome!
You can't really count the 2019 LSU team due to Orgeron being a known cheater. If he had not paid all those good players/gave impermissible benefits that season, LSU would have amounted to nothing.
Come on now. He even said it outright, that he paid his players and could have never had success without doing so.
*2019*
