I’m sure some of the fans can be weird about it, Ole Miss has some bad history with racism but so do most schools, especially southern ones. They got rid of the confederate flags for a reason, but at this point it just seems like a harmless mascot.
UNLV is the rebels too and nobody even mentions it. Ole Miss gets all the scrutiny
