Nominate your craziest “WTF” score you recall in the last 50 years. I have two, both thanks to Dennis Francione.

2002: Alabama with coach Dennis Francione beat LSU with coach Nick Saban 31-0 in Tiger Stadium.. Alabama had 300 yards rushing, 477 yards total. LSU had196 yards of offense.

The very next year, after Francione left Alabama to take the Texas A&M job, it got flipped.

2003: Texas A&M with coach Dennis Francione lost to Oklahoma with coach Bob Stoops 0-77. Oklahoma gained 639 yards. Texas A&M gained 54 years.

I watched that abortion of a game in a condo in Orange Beach. I had no real allegiance to either team and still almost threw a couch off the balcony on general principle.

2011 Alabama arse whipping dismantling destruction complete scissor kick to the face Chuck Norris round kick to the back of the head of LSU 21-0 primarily because they made it across midfield once and didn’t have 100 yards of total offense.

LSU’s starting qb (2003 national champion Matt Mauck) got injured midway through the year and LSU went through about 3 backups trying to find a serviceable qb for the rest of the season. We had to beat a bad UK with the Bluegrass Miracle that back half of the year.

For Auburn…

3-2 win over Miss State in 2008.

41-0 win over Ole Miss in 1985 when Auburn outgained the Rebs in yardage 606-9. Yes most 9 total yards.

56-3 win over #17 Arkansas in late October 2016. Auburn never dismantles ranked opponents… always play close games so this one was weird.

8 turnovers

4 for direct scores?

Scored a total of 30 points??

Pathetic.

One burned down building, too, right?
