why wouldn't kiffin coach the Texas bowl?

he could get some of his system in have a look at some of the current roster before finalizing changes...seems to me he is just worried about losing the game and that being embarrassing when it really wouldn't be.

So, in your world, you do not think losing the Texas Bowl should make Kiffin feel embarrassed, yet you are certain that the only reason he doesn't risk coaching the game he is that he indeed would be embarrassed. And to solve this psychological dilemma, he should stay strong, fight off his self esteem issues and go for Texas Bowl glory.
You missed your calling as a guidance counselor at an all girls middle school. And chose to come here and post non-sensical bullshite instead..

I don’t know how to explain that contrary to the pervasive TigerRant belief that all other SEC fans are worried or jealous, the much more accurate adjectives would be amused, entertained, and curious—Lane Kiffin is the new purple and gold court jester. An SEC coach active on social media is gonna make those big time losses delicious. The CONTENT we are about to be served. Unless LSU restricts it (please don’t, even though it’s probably in your athletic department’s best interest). Any time there’s a big SEC coaching switch up, we get invested, but not every time is it one with the persona like LK.

These players don't know Lane's system and the quarterback, for instance, will be completely different next season.

This is the way it works remember when aggy hired Mike Elko they kept their new DL coach around to coach them in a Texas Bowl loss to Oklahoma State even though he had accepted a position as Defensive Coordinator at Syracuse.

Alabama fans just trolling LSU fans.....nothing new. I'm almost to the point of thinking they are jealous of LSU. I mean they have a big game coming up against Indiana and instead want to talk about LSU.

I think hiring the right staff and getting a jump start with recruiting are way more important than the TX bowl. Frank wants to coach it to, so I unlike OM (with him headed to enemy territory) we honored that regardless of his future aspirations. ;)

You should be worried about your team being coached by someone who already has 7 losses in just two seasons after inheriting a dynasty. He's facing a coach who has lost only two games in two seasons at the historically worst program in major college football history.
