Downvote away. Let Williams and Mbakwe walk. Use the NIL budget on OL and WRs who can just use their hands and arms to catch. Never seen anything like it. It’s like watching radio try to catch. Anyway, we can’t waste that amount of money and throws on someone who just is no longer a good player.

Can you enjoy the win instead of worrying about money you don’t pay?

Not that it’s a lot but I do thank you much. And I can enjoy the win and still want my team to improve. Doing the same thing and expecting different results is insanity. Your blind fandom isn’t good for growth and evolvement.

Stop being a miserable fricker.

We won the game and you are worrying about somebody else's money in the middle of the damn night.

Growth and evolvement? What the frick are you talking about?

Just have the WR coach sit down with Williams and ask him if he wants to play in the NFL.

If the answer is yes, have him spend at least 15 minutes a day with the machine spitting balls at him. Every one he doesn’t try to catch with his hands is a lap. He’ll develop the skills or he’ll figure out getting drafted in the 5th round pays a lot less.

Im not downvoting. I think these are two players that may just not have the commitment necessary to football to be great. I thought the description of Brooks in the game said it all. He plays football, loves it, and its all he really cares about. If you have that mentality along with elite physical talent, nothing stops you from being really good

RW will end up at LSU or OSU. He will possibly be great, but for whatever reason, it’s not working here. Maybe he needs to get away from hometown pressure. I don’t care if he leaves. He can’t be counted on as reflected in his dwindling number of targets and even playing time.

You are thinking what everyone is. Williams has lost it. He is a negative being on the field because he has no confidence. You can see that Ty does not even look his way. Can he get it back? I don’t know.

My thoughts exactly. He can't even be used effectively as a 2 million dollar decoy anymore. RW seems like a nice young man who loves Alabama but it's just not working. I'd approach him about a pay cut this off season, if he doesn't get the message then I'd ask him to move on.

He's had 2 exceptional games in 2 seasons (Georgia last yr & Wisconsin) not sure he's ever really had "it".

OP makes great point. We need to cut folks not producing and go get players that will. You can think this and still enjoy win.

don't have opinions about your favorite NFL team personnel either, you are not the owner. It's not your money. What a retarded take.

Agree to a point. Don’t give Williams a raise. But let Nix work with him. Give him a new perspective on his receptions during the offseason. Maybe he can clean his bad habits up.

Nix didn’t exactly keep Coleman from having the dropsies.

Cut the rope. The guy is done. Think about all those productive people busting their arse for much less coin while he lollygags around the field.

Skip: You guys. You lollygag the ball around the infield. You lollygag your way down to first. You lollygag in and out of the dugout. You know what that makes you? Larry!
Larry: Lollygaggers!

Probably best for both parties if he moves on. Best for Bama because they’re spending a lot of NIL on a guy with not as much production. Best for RW because maybe a change of scenery is needed

I wouldn’t give up on Ryan Williams, yet.

He needs a mindset adjustment like Ty.

Give him some easy catches to build confidence and quit lining him in the slot. he is an All American talent.

There is no such thing as an easy catch for Williams. I've never seen a WR with worse hands.

Maybe fans should let the staff that’s already played for one national title and just won a playoff game last night decide?

I know it’s a strange concept, but these are strange times.
