This will be interesting to watch. Wilson signed $500k NIL deal with Georgia collective 2 weeks before transferring to Missouri.

In your haste to post, I assume you didn’t read the article. No way he ends up paying $390,000. He may end up paying $30,000 + legal fees.

Contracts need to be signed. The inmates and their families are running the asylum now.

Yea, I don't see how UGA can get that money.

LSU should be able to sue Nuss for the NIL money he stole this year.

That would depend on a number of factors including whether he was a minor when he signed it. They could attach themselves to any future earnings but it will be interesting to see how this will play out.

What does he need to give back? The $30k he was paid?

Good. Start enforcing contracts. Stop letting literal children run the system.

With no contract, they are SOL. In no other business on earth do people pay large sums without a contract, but somehow it's OK in college football.

Meh, as others have posted, they’re not gonna get $390k.

I applaud Georgia for bringing a test case in all this.

I’m not upset by it. Contracts should mean something.
