Fact is housing is at pricing compared to income at double or triple what they were historically. Houston suburbs for instance. This isnt sustainable long term. My house simply isnt worth what the estimate is right now. You have to have buyers.

I am highly against 3rd world migration to Europe but this is blatantly not true. I have lived half my adult life traveling for work. Spent time in Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Italy, Sicily, Spain, Austria, Germany, Montenegro. to name a just a few. Lived in Saudi for 4 years. For invaders and conquerors, they the Arabs were not raping everyone.
