This will eventually happen to the housing market as a whole but the losses will be less. The prices today do not correspond with what people are able to pay.

Hitler bemoaned the fact that the Muslims lost the Battle of Tours. He reckoned that had they won then Europe would be Muslim and by their martial nature the Germans would have naturally risen to the top.

I feel like im leaving in some type of cultural, country purgatory yet did nothing to deserve this.
there was a concerted effort to destroy the German people after WW2.. they have been indoctrinated for years. its only in the last decade or so has all the work come to fruition. Sadly, I think the country is finished.. been there about 20 times btw. the goal was to de-Europe europe to admirably make it safe and more noble for "better" people... Germany and Italy being main targets.

I lived in Saudi for 4 years as well as visiting for the last 20. The young people are totally different and are moderate. Things are changing there... and will continue.. they want to live like the West. It will be slower than many would like but these old ways are dying there.
