Why does this happen? Do you believe the DA's are soft by nature? Do they enjoy, understand or maybe even and encourage crime? Are they too lazy to put together a solid case ...

The task to improve Baton Rouge seems overwhelming as the entire system needs a change. Would you support additional taxes to help the issue in Baton Rouge? You need new prison space. You need more officers (and pay them more so you get good ones). You need competent judges (good luck with this)....
