How many bourbons deep are you right now?
I have one in my house today and we use it as the primary trash can. The bags can be found on Amazon. They’re not expensive.

Who says this about a kid? You need some self reflection. It’s not a good look.

And I will admit I am on an island here because I thought he was going to be a good QB for us when he came out of high school. I was happy to get him on campus early to learn. Unfortunately, it hasn’t worked out for him yet.

Kelly has said himself he’s not interested in that job.

He hasn’t said he’s not interested in ANY job, but he can’t say that until he’s paid in full.

Has there ever been a Class Action suit against Apple based on these claims? If true, no way that’s legal.

Ironically, this could be part of the problem. There are no curves or hills that allow traffic to see what’s ahead. On that stretch of road, your vision is often limited to the distance between you and that truck right in front of you.

Curious…who is “we”?

Someone forgot to tell Indiana this.
That’s double what I thought NFL guys made. I was always under the impression that big time college football paid more than NFL. I was wrong.

ERob needs to go visit Nebraska this weekend. The low on Saturday is 2 degrees. 2!

Nah, F all that.

It’s ok. I was interested in hearing your thoughts on Flint. He catches a lot of hell because he’s not Tommy Moffit, but Flint is working with freshman OL while Moffit is rolling with juniors, seniors, and grad transfers. Not exactly apples to apples in my mind.

Honestly, I’m not sure anyone here truly knows Flint is a liability. As I said, he’s an easy scapegoat.

In Kiffin we trust and we’re rolling with Savage.

Thanks for your post. You obviously are aware of some of the day in and day out activities of strength and conditioning. Do you know anything about our current S&C staff?

Not sure who or why anyone would downvote your post though?
Surely scheme and techniques taught by the Oline coach are factors there as well? And let’s not forget, we have freshmen Oline going against elite 3rd and 4th year Dlineman. Our O simply hasn’t had enough time to grow and develop.

Full disclaimer, I do not know our strength coach, I’m just trying to understand how we “know” he’s an issue?

Agree with you as well. So, my question to you is how does this board know our current coach is not good?

Uh…didn’t he do this before? He let his whole team down by sitting thus forcing a wide receiver into QB action. Or are you giving him a pass on this because he announced it beforehand? Regardless, he still let his teammates down. Ironically, if he would have lost a year of eligibility because he played in that bowl, he would have been drafted last year and making a lot more money than he will after this year’s draft.
Agree with you 100%, but surely there are some KPIs looked at to help determine their effectiveness? % gain in strength, % gain in speed, explosiveness, injuries, etc.? But…no one on this board has access to that info so how does the average poster know our strength coach is a liability and not a strength coach?

Zero. That said, what do we know about our current strength coach? How many here have seen the KPIs used in determining his effectiveness? Looking back at the season, the team did fairly well from an injury standpoint, so how does everyone know the strength coach is one of the major factors behind our poor season? He seems like an easy scapegoat.
Average offenses? Don’t let last night’s score fool you. Those are two good offenses with elite QB play. They just faced two solid defenses last night. The accuracy of those QBs is amazing.
Are the big money boosters paying these salaries really thinking about the Baton Rouge economy?

What’s the average NFL coach make? $5 mil? College football is where it’s at.
