I always recommend to people who have never been to go for the first 4 days. Get there the day before the games start. You will have all 8 teams with their fans plus the locals. You will have 2 games every day.

I wish we could, but we live on the West Coast and his HS graduation is on day 2. he wanted to go to the CWS final.
My oldest son is graduating from HS this year, and he asked to go to the CWS. We are going the weekend of the CWS finals. I've never been, and would love to get recommendations from folks who have been before.

Places to eat...
Things to do...

Rent a car or just Uber?

It's just the 2 of us and we have a hotel in Council Bluffs ~5 miles from the Stadium. Thanks in advance.

The special teams woes have been addressed...

i hope this guy can bring back some magic to our special teams.
but you still have to tackle on the kick and punt coverages.
i hope we put special emphasis this spring and fall camp on tackling techniques.
and Mark Pope is showing that you can completely rebuild a very competitive team the following season. Everyone on that roster is new. There's no reason LSU shouldn't put a more competitive product out on the court.
the NFL top 3 WR for yards are all LSU... and 4 of top 7

Chase - 1,708
Jefferson - 1,533
BTJ - 1,282
Nabers (#7) - 1,204
Hopefully he caught a bit of the ND/Georgia game….

And we finally improve special teams
And whoever has the best OL & DL wins

It seems like the biggest thing to fix is running straight back & turning to throw. He panicked & ran into pressure this season. He’s got to break that habit. Learn to step up in the pocket. But our OL was so weak up the middle. He’s got work to do & our OL has work to do.
We must not self scout… if teams know by formation the pass route coming. That’s why you self scout.
My main concern for our O next season is our OL. We did not run block well @ all & are replacing most of our OL.
This would be fantastic…

Plus the DE from Florida
and DT from Texas
The CB from Florida & VA Tech
Harold Perkins returns
And we get a legit S

LSU D can be back
I think Heldt goes to Clemson. There’s smoke in SC.
