Whenever a coach turns a program like Ole Miss into a legitimate playoff contender, some higher status program will inevitably swoop in and hire said coach before the season is over leaving the players and fans high and dry. This is not good for the sport. We need enforcable anti tampering rules in college football.

They literally met Chris Beard in a McDonalds right out of town after the Texas v Tech basketball game. And Schloss by a graveyard

Yep. Longhorns have short memories.
Everything each of us accuse another schools of doing they have probably done it to a smaller school. And the money changing hands for decades. Its just who got caught.

Lol this is all big talk from teams who are actively tampering with teenagers already playing on other teams to get them transfer for money...
The NCAA doesn't actually want to regulate and enforce so... This sport is cooked. Is what it is.

Yep. Nothing new. I remember someone saying there is a gentleman’s agreement in the SEC that we don’t steal coaches from one another. Obviously not true.

While I agree it’s hypocritical of our fans to throw stones after grabbing the aggie baseball coach, at least we didn’t hire him before the cws. Not the same thing.
Or maybe we did. The rumors exist. Either way we should stfu.
