Hard to believe Ole Miss is playing scared like that if true while he creates this clown show.

I mean even if the ultimatum was real I can't see him coming out and saying that. But honestly who the hell knows anymore.

Ultimatum isn't the right word. It is a deadline that all parties need to know what is going on.

Ole Miss
UF
LSU

Everyone.

The only one who doesn't care about that is Lane because Lane only cares about Lane.

You forgot Texas Alabama and possibly USC (again) if Lincoln moves to either Texas or Alabama.

Even if he said he would leave in a pine box, who would believe it?

I seriously doubt USC would hire him again, especially after all this.

This is stupid on multiple levels.

USC isn't going to rehire him. Alabama isn't going to be looking for a coach.

Why do people want this so much? History tells us every time this century a name coach makes a move like this the next stop ends up a disaster. Even Saban cratered at Miami.

He is going to finish out this season Coaching that team and there is nothing Ole Miss will do about it. They may get mad and huff and puff, but he will Coach this team.

Yep. Better to get them on the bounce.

Apples and oranges.

Miami was the only time he had to deal with a salary cap.

Dodge can pump out Chargers and Challengers as fast as he can give em.

Then Saban is the exception that proves the rule.

They quit making the "muscle" variety.
