Haven't shared a map in a while so here we go. Ukraine making some advances in the south it seems. Russia seems to be trying to push hard into Lyman and making another big push around 10 miles southwest of Sloviansk. If I had to guess I would say this is them wanting to be able to eventually attack Sloviansk from two directions, the northwest and southwest of the city. But the Russians have rarely done a strategy that makes the most sense so who really knows what the plan is
This is something I was kind of worried about it. He gets bored of dealing with it and just stops without us accomplishing anything of real substance.
Well that's not what we've told by the experts in this thread
It's too risky. Even though their capabilities have been diminished Iran still is able to fire missiles and seems to still have plenty of drones. If they get lucky and hit or even manage to sink 1 naval ship it wouldn't be good. Can you imagine the shite storm liberals would create if that happened? Not worth it.
We get their enriched uranium. They get to stay in power, keep creating ballistic missiles, and keep funding their terrorist proxies in the region. And we will call that a victory hahaha.
Same way they’ve been able to hit multiple bases and refineries throughout the region. No system is perfect.

Forgot to post the link. It’s from CNN so take it with a grain of salt haha.
Reports coming out that an F-35 had to make an emergency landing after being hit by suspected Iranian fire. The jet and pilot both made it to the ground safely.
Here's where I think the administration isn't being straight up about things. We here one day that we've obliterated their navy, missiles, and drones. Then a refinery gets hit, an embassy or base gets hit, or another tanker gets hit. Then it's basically well we haven't obliterated their capabilities yet but I promise we are close. So not sure if this is all just political speak or we went in with bad intel about how many missiles, drones, and fast attack boats Iran actually had.
Not sure if it's Covid itself that's fully playing the part but do believe that's part of it. The recent spike in prices on things like gas, diesel, etc. is being caused by the war though I believe.
Then why were we in contact with the Kurds about them starting a ground operation? We were trying to convince them to, but they didn't because we wouldn't guarantee any air support or help if they started one. We basically said it would be nice if y'all launched something but we can't help if you do
I mean maybe I'm wrong, but I will probably blame the terrorist.
I think it was an optimistic hope at the beginning, just like we thought and hoped the Kurds would launch a ground invasion. That being said you can't expect a population to start a revolution when bombs are falling around them. Even more so when it is an unarmed population.
We should do that but if we do people need to be prepared to possibly have some ships hit and maybe lose a couple. I think that's the big issue of why we haven't. If Iran gets really lucky and sinks even one ship the public and news media here in the US would go on a tirade.
I've rode in Houston in the past and have been almost every year since with animals in the livestock show. You are right there are plenty of cops but they can't be everywhere. This isn't as much of a one off now as it has been. The good thing is the cops are quick to respond and get it handled quickly.
It's been like that for a while. The rodeo itself is still fine but everything outside of it has just gotten terrible. Fights basically everywhere.
If you don't think hitting tanker ships, oil refineries, and other infrastructure has an effect on things then idk what to tell ya
I mean just today they hit two more tankers in the gulf, launched more missile strikes at Israel, and more drone strikes at US bases and other areas in the middle east. We are beating them but they are still getting some punches in.
we whooping arse but can't really compare a campaign that is using only air and naval assets to ones that had ground forces involved.
Name em and which ones we are close to achieving.
When you start a war with no clear defined goals it's hard to win. We never really had a clear goal in mind of what we wanted to accomplish and how we were going to accomplish it.
