Freeze's daughter claimed Auburn lied and refused to allow Hugh surgery.

She claimed Auburn promised 4 years no matter what.
Hugh needs several surgeries and the Auburn job kept him from those needed surgeries.
She is just now finding out that Auburn is dangerous job to have.
She sounds as crazy as Saban's daughter who liked to fist fight.

didn't cohen say in his press conference yesterday they're still trying to get out of paying hugh's full buyout? around the time an article with a bunch of anonymous sources came out alleging hugh was a lazy arse? and now this?
sounds like things are getting messy down on the plains. always messy when families fight. could be one to watch.

Far be it for me to defend Auburn but the guy was making millions per year and I assume has insurance. I am pretty sure he could afford medical care.

If he had taken medical leave he would have had an excuse.
But it kind of looked like he was enjoying life at the golf course in case of the worst.

Im not sure you could classify someone as lazy or extremely sick with the amount of golf he played.
Besides, Hugh is the one that openly admitted that the type of cancer he had wasn't an urgent matter and he, along with his family and doctor, had decided to take a course of action that was pretty much a non-surgical, observation route to make sure it didn't get worse.

Hugh got fired because he did not win. He was not “close”. Hugh’s offense averages 11 points in SEC games.
7 touchdowns in 6 SEC games.
Hugh spent more time on golf than football.
Hugh is a loser. Hugh turned a football bouncing off a helmet into $30,000,000.

We apparently love hiring coaches whose wives and/or daughters are insane. She complained that Auburn booed Freeze out of JHS, but what did she expect? That game was physically painful to watch and we have the most uninspiring offense in the country. Her dad’s an offensive guru but we have the 121st pass offense in the country and was sold on Payton Thorne for 2 years and Jackson Arnold.

So, the Auburn job couldn’t keep Hugh off the golf course, but could keep him from needed surgeries.
