Outside of some name butcherings like Bible and DeLoss this is actually a pretty good introspective into why A&M have been the ultimate do less with more underachievers.
I'm not shitting on the ags they deserve their top 3 ranking and ironically enough I hope they come into Austin undefeated. I count several Aggies in my innermost circle of best friends and I hope for their sake they break through.
So will this be the year of the Ag? Silver (atomic symbol Ag) is up 78% YTD and despite the riggers slamming it down $4 on Friday has been able to maintain it's price above $50/oz.
We will find out on Saturday in Baton Rouge.... Win and the paradigm shifts, lose and confirm the ongoing narrative. I get why College Gameday will be in Nashville but the game of the week is absolutely in Louisiana.

I’m as die hard an Ag as you’ll find. But I don’t think even I cold stand to spend 2 hours watching an Ohio State Buckeye dissecting Texas A&M.
But yeah. It’s been a long time since we’ve won shite on the football field. And it’s inexcusable.
So I’ll enjoy this current moment, even if it’s only temporary. We don’t get many.

Someone needs to break out the "All A&M" meme from a few years back that was posted on threads by LSU fans. The number of post about A&M by Utrans sidewalk fans is getting ridiculous.

I think the problem is we don't boo enough and no matter how crappy the product on the field, we fill up the stadium. And Billy Luicci doesn't get a pass, he is the worst kind of homer I have ever seen. He doesn't ever see the absolute damn necessity, for the good of the program, to bite the hand that feeds him. And as a result, the powers that be never feel pressure to do better. The athletic administration is stuck in a positive feedback loop.
I think the near fiasco over the near hiring of Stoops was the straw that broke the camels back. Most Ag's are no longer buying in without proof. Only the idiots in our fan base are beginning to talk smack.

Not even close to the best team in memory.
2013 and 2014 went to the SEC championship game.
2023 won 11 games and beat Ohio state in the cotton.
2024 won 10 games and beat Iowa in a bowl.
All four of those teams were better.
UTrans is littered with 5 stars and every possible advantage and still sucks balls. You needed a fvcking gift in OT from Stoops to escape the worst team in the SEC.
