This team desperately needs a week off. Yes I’m a worrier. South Carolina is not a great team, but it’s on the road and we just went through 4 weeks of hell. Just want to get out of there with a win

If we win at SCAR it could be an ugly one but all we need to do it win and then get 2 weeks to prepare for LSU.

Maybe. Just depends on whether yesterday was their desperate last gasp before packing it up until Clemson. If they still have any fight in them we're going to get it. Hopefully it's an afternoon or early kick and not a night game.

Thankfully it’s 2:30. Hopefully any potential letdown can be avoided using last years disappointments.

Beat 4 ranked teams in a row, go on the road to play a team with nothing to lose and a dynamic QB?

How could it ever NOT be a trap game?

4 out of 5 DeBoer Alabama losses have been to teams more like South Carolina than our previous four opponents.

So hell yeah I'm worried. This staff has a trend established where their teams have no-showed these type of games against mediocre power conference opponents away from Bryant-Denny Stadium. It is abundantly clear that FSU was not a playoff contender. We just had a continuation of our losses to Vanderbilt, Oklahoma, and Michigan from 2024.

That bullshite has got to stop. DeBoer's fantastic record against ranked opponents is undermined by these unforgivable no-shows. We'll learn a lot about what has really changed since that FSU game this upcoming Saturday than the previous four in my opinion. A real contender doesn't struggle against this kind of South Carolina team. They sure as shite don't lose to them. If they're for real, they go out there and dismantle the Gamecocks in front of their own fans.

I remember the last team we overlooked or underestimated, FSU.

Yep! Until I see this team avoid walking into road trap games unawares, I will not just assume we will take care of business.

I wouldn’t say trap game but letdown game for sure. This stretch has been hellacious. Cocks are having a bad year but will be fighting like heck to try to salvage something and this might be their last chance, especially with Clemson not being much this year.

I'm not disagreeing with you, but Bama just went through the toughest 4-game stretch you're going to find and went 4-0. Letdown spots are going to happen. I'll take any kind of win this coming Saturday but the way the college football landscape is today, no one is running through their schedule like some dominant teams did not even ten years ago.

I don’t think Ty allows a letdown. Coaches shouldn’t either after last year.

You can expect their QB to play his best game of the year.

Never fails.

It's still the same...beat Alabama and it makes your season. Will be the same for lsu and definitely the Barn.

It's time to get all the pieces in place and get better for the final run. Hopefully #4 and #26 can get our running game much better and if that happens it should make #15's job a little easier. Bama has the receivers and now #2 is finally serious about his game it appears (that could be huge).

JMO but one of these ILbers has to take #0's minutes, He and #1 are our weakest positions.

Just keep the defense focused on containing Sellars and preventing his scrambles. If we make him pass, I like our chances.
