Hopefully that was a non healthy Mateer. Never seen him play that bad I do think he wasn’t healthy and got hit in his hand a few times to cause it to bleed .Hawkins couldn’t have done much worse imo .

That’s not the entire reason we lost we are at defcon 5 on offensive line issues down 4 again for season. They weren’t that great to begin with.

We still have a lot of prove it games hopefully Mateer gets healthier and they figure anything out on offensive line issues down. I think we win half the game left and lose half . 8-4 maybe 8-3 if we can get the old Mateer healthy .

Defensively we are still really good but you can’t be on the field for quarters at a time .

Matter should have never played. If you lose without Mateer the playoff committee would give yall grace for that. Now, not so much.

Did Auburn score more points against OU than the horns?

I have not had a chance to The Sooners play this year. I was surprised to see how bad they played. Definitely did not deserve the #6 rank. Season isn’t over yet

Average O line play does not work in the SEC. I think OU is going to lose a few more games.

and this dude talks more shite than most of them.. the fact that he is here “apologizing” screams that he is just an alter however..

then again, he can’t even figure out how to put the paperclip by his name, so maybe he is a sooner

Let’s not be hasty. Give him a couple more seasons to see what he can do with “his” guys.

At least he is not blaming the refs, the schedule, the wind (remember when Mack did that?), the kickoff time or any of the other excuses we've heard fans and coaches trot out after a loss.

Oklahoma got beat, we own it, Bro.

Mateer had no business playing. You could tell his accuracy was off and ultimately lost a game with an unhealthy Mateer when you could have started your backup, took a loss, got grace from the playoff committe for it and Mateer could have sat out and not taken all those hits on his hand.

I felt the same way last week. Florida beat our arse, not much you can say when that happens..

Getting Muhammed back really helped though + Wisner was the difference yesterday.. and while he played at Florida, his 1st game since OSU, he looked hesitant and timid vs Florida.. but hamstring injuries are weird like that
