NFL vs CFB

I’ve never been a huge NFL, but I occasionally watch a game here or there just to see old players from Bama or SEC, and after today, I know why. I don’t understand how there are so many terrible teams there are in the NFL.
Currently 26 teams in the NFL have a 500 Or less record. In fact 7 teams have either zero or one win.
Only one team after 4 games is undefeated, Buffalo.
CFB is mirroring the NFL. There are a handful of teams that are good, a few that are title worthy, and the rest are just playing for scraps.
Watching the jets today, Ole Miss would score 40.

No, they wouldn't. They'd likely score zero.

The Jets would demolish any college team

There are some seasons without any great teams, but the first 5 weeks of the NFL is still early, some teams don’t have identity yet
Eagles were 2-2 at this point last year

The best college teams would probably get shutout by the worst NFL teams.

No way man. They have 11 rookies or second year players on their squad and no 1st or 2nd rounders starting on defense. They would get scored on for sure! Especially in front of the 3700 fans at the game.
And as long as Justin Fields is trying to pass, They would be in the game.
You’re just mad because I didn’t say Aggies.

Back in the old days there was a game in the summer between the NFL champs and a college all star team.
That was before the days of agents.

The Chicago Charities College All-Star Game was a preseason American football game played from 1934 to 1976 between the National Football League (NFL) champions and a team of star college seniors from the previous year. It was also known as the College All-Star Football Classic.[1]

I was just gonna say some of these folks are way too young to remember this.

They wouldn’t get past the 50, probably only get 1-2 first downs the entire game

No they wouldn’t, you could resurrect the greatest CFB team ever and they would still lose to the Jets if they played today

For many decades there was a preseason game between the reigning NFL champs and a team of college Sr. All Stars.
The college teams won 9 out of 42 games.

Welcome to Forever in college football.
Now that everyone can pay players the field is leveling and it will ultimately be good for the sport.

Not bad actually. Essentially the amount of times bama beats Georgia or Auburn.

One of my favorite fans has always been college football fan who thinks his team would beat an NFL team.
You really can’t reason with such people so instead you just sit back and admire their “complete devotion” that will not allow for logic.
