But to answer your question, he's a comedian/podcaster who has interviewed President Trump.
He also did a bit with Cole Cubelic where he said he wanted to take Diego Pavia's mom out on a date.

He's a homeless guy from Road Rules back in the day who somehow came to know nearly everyone in the entertainment industry.
I don't think he's funny either per se, but I think those folks just find him fascinating for whatever reason.
