Thank god I wanted 3 opponents that made sense geographically and tradition wise. Ole Miss and Bama fit both and Vandy makes sense geography wise.
No offense to the other schools but I was afraid we were gonna get stuck with Oklahoma Kentucky or SC or something for a fake rivalry

Bama and LSU was as good as gone once Bama lost to FSU this year. They wanted all the smoke in the offseason then def ran and hid after that game

Would prefer Old Miss over Missouri, but it's not bad. Would also like to see LSU moved to Thanksgiving weekend again. It was always such a great way to end the season.

Agreed, LSU vs A&M is a forced "Rivalry" and neither fan base cares about it much. Especially since OU and Texas are now in the SEC.
For LSU need to replace A&M and Bama.

Should be Arky instead of Mizzou for A&M. The Arky games are always fun.

Sort of sad to see LSU bama go away but let’s be honest, that game was huge because of Saban.

I mean Vandy is cool. KY was our cross division for a while. I always liked our series with them. I’d rather play LSU than Bama but Bama and State are the two closest schools in the conference so that makes sense. Historically both have been lopsided against us but it’s cool. aTm would be a good one for us as we are both maroon and AG schools.
