Texas got Arch 6.8 million NIL what school would give him $68 to transfer now?

Het stupid, Arch never got a penny of NIL from Texas. His deals were all away from the program.

I'd gladly take him at UGA as a backup QB. Our "base" NIL deal (that even walk-ons get) is around 30 grand a year.

Texas boosters/power brokers arranged all those deals. If he is at Texas State does he get that 6.8 million.
