We win the SEC and made the playoff. He had a dead arm after injury…

He got blamed for talent problems UGA fans weren’t used too.

He is at worst 3rd best QB in the country and might be the best.

After playing against SEC defenses for three years, the ACC is easy pickings.

No one on UGA last year comes close to making that one handed catch earlier. Beck has better skill players around him who are holding onto the ball.

ETA. Remember how good he looked at UGA 2 years ago when he had the Robo TE and McHonkey.

Its pretty obvious. Kirby doesn't run a pro style system. In his defense though losing your starting quarterback isnt that big of a deal because in that offense he's just a game manager and not an impact player

UGA's WRs were at least part of the problem.

If WRs can't catch, it's going to be a bit tough on the QB. Will definitely mess with a QBs confidence. And our WRs could not catch. They were horrible.

Glad he's not wearing Red & Black this year, it was definitely time for a change - for UGA and for Beck. But I hope he has a good season with Miami.

And it looks like Miami has given him some weapons at WR that he can do some damage with in the ACC this year.

I wish him well.

Not really. UGA runs an archaic offense that didnt help Beck much.

He looks like a heisman contender with a real coach

I think most people are forgetting that Beck was averaging 2 INTs a game for most of the season.

Yup. Two starters were lost to off-field issues. The others either couldn't get open or dropped passes. There was no run game, and the OL sucked.

...but Beck was the problem.

I like Bobo's weird old school NFL offense. They would be a lot better if they modernized it but it's a testament to Kirby for winning two titles with their offensive scheme.

LOL. He looked similar in 2023 with two NFL guys to pass to.

Truth is UGA was the best team I. The conference last year. The problem was our guy got injured.

Our O line was garbage and our receivers couldn’t catch COVID in 2020. It wasn’t a secret.
