Terrible for Horn ... but Pribula has looked the part.

Ball placement. Throwing into anticipation. And can run better than Cook?

Sold ...

It's good to see TDs. So many times the offense would waste possessions and settle for FGs or even punts. No wasted possessions tonight.

Very solid start by Pribula, going to be fun to see how he stands against SEC linemen, but I like where we are.

Too bad for Horn, was looking forward to seeing him air a couple out.

Pribula seems to make good decisions too. Saw an example last night where you could tell he thought better of a throw. It was the right move.

Great time there last night. Brought both kids and had a helluva time.

Construction looks like it’s progressing nicely.

I thought he did a great job too. The only throw a defender got a hand on was ball Coleman tipped on a 3rd down throw in the first half.

Pribula looked elite. Best Mizzou QB debut I can recall. If he keeps up that level of play and decision making this is a playoff team, and we will beat kU by 4 TDs

How big is Beau? I hope he can hold up this season. We are super thin at QB.

They say 6’2, 212lbs

Brady Cook wasn’t the biggest guy himself, Beau is tough but needs to protect himself.

Actually bigger than Chase Daniel...Beau is 6' 2"..Chase is 6' ....weigh about the same. He will be fine, but needs to learn to get down against SEC talent or he will get hurt with the aggressive running style. If he goes down our season is over....

Daniel was definitely thicker

SEC generally more physical than the Big12, but the rules were overall less stringent back when Daniel played (and the Big12 had better athletes back then than it does today)

Beau will be fine as long as he takes care of himself

he definitely looked thinner than I expected and went down hard several times. Durability seems like a reasonable concern.

Wearing No. 9 with a smaller build and uncanny accuracy he reminded me of Drew Brees with the wheels to run.

Great times ahead if this is the real Beau.

We're like every other good SEC program. We have a talented true freshman as a 2nd stringer.

So: Mizzou vs Arkansas for the SEC championship?

We will end up with one of the better QBs in the SEC and maybe college football if we protect him. At least after watching a lot of trash qb play yesterday.

Bama D was trash against a mobile QB who hit a few big plays. Costellonos is mediocre and looked like a stud.

Navy (or anyone else) ... What's Kirby Moore's track record with QBs, if any, who have Pribula's mobility? I see possibilities of backside bootlegs with run-pass options to elude pressure if the OL is continues to be leaky.

I'd love to know what Beau's 10 yard split is. If it's elite his usage possibilities are off the charts.

Jake Haener and Cook are the other two QBs Moore has coached. Neither run like Pribula. I don't know what his sprinting splits are but there is a Twitter post showing that he hits 18+ mph at practice pretty regularly.
