The criteria being at least two teams in the same same state, each in one of the major conferences. We don't really have that down here, because the big three are all "big brother" to some extent (Big THREE, sorry saducfguy), but there are some clear cases of big brother little brother in major college football. Which are hardest for fans of "little brother" to stomach?

Michigan-Michigan State (My pick)
Alabama-Auburn
Tenner-Vandy
Clemson-South Carolina (This one is lowkey pretty rough)
USC-UCLA
Texas-Texas A&M
Oklahoma-Ok State (Almost didn't include this one because the Big 12 is a joke, but it historically fits the criteria. It's baaaaaaaaad.)

Yes, to an extent, Iowa does own them in an impressive fashion. But also Iowa isn't really a top tier program themselves. They haven't, to my knowledge, ever won a National Championship.

FSU is definitely little bro since their athletic dept takes over $22 mil annually in public funding.

Ok ok state is number one and it’s not close.

Number two would be usc/ucla Tex/ATM Mich/mich st Clem/usce…..I would include uga/tech vt/uva in this category as well but they weren’t mentioned.

Tenner vandy would be number one but if you count that “rivalry” then Tulane/lsu notre dame/purdue or Indiana Ohio st and Toledo Akron cincy should count as well

not sure what to do about Florida, Florida St, and Miami.

They’re in a dead heat so they wouldn’t be listed. This is about lopsided rivalries. For some strange reason they’ve all been good or bad around the same times.

I think when you consider every single parameter involved including academic, social and cultural ....

Washington-Washington State is the biggest disparity in the big brother-little brother dynamic.

I'm amazed that Wazzu has been as competitive as they have been in football considering all their disadvantages compared to Washington.

Texas-Texas A&M immediately comes to mind.

Listen, I think the Aggies are great people. But holy shite I’ve never seen a fan base melt the way they did when Texas joined the SEC. The only thing that beats it is 21-0 (and that will never be beaten).

People talk about Bedlam and how crazy of a rivalry it is but when I finally looked up the rivalry record, it’s hard to even fathom how OU considers it a rivalry. It’s like grass having a “rivalry” with a lawnmower

When we played @ A&M in 2022 they were really nice but SO many fans were wearing "Horns Down" shirts.

This is the biggest little brother fest you’ll find in the entire country but damn this board would make you think it’s Alabama- LSU with how much of a little brother LSU acts like, I guess redheaded overweight adopted little brother with downs is appropriate for LSU

I remember either an article or post that Texas co-op tracks their merchandise county distribution and the second largest buyer or longhorn apparel, especially metal car decals is from college station, Texas. I have never understood why if they hate Texas they would want to see our logo all the time upside down, dumbest shite ever

Lol at the Bama fans wanting it so bad. Problem for them is Auburn is, by far, the most successful program of all of the "little brothers" on the list.

Also, sorry but this guy ruined it for the rest of you losers forever.

Look what Auburn did to this man.
