I will usually pull for an SEC team against a non-SEC school. This will not be the case with LSU/Coastal. Coastal was USC/Coastal and a part of our system until 1993 and the fact it is a South Carolina team (other than clemsux) that I pull for. The Chanticleer is a rooster appearing in fables about Reynard the Fox that tied them closer to the main USC school with that mascot. This Coastal program soared to where we used to be. Good luck and I won't be sad if LSU wins it all either. Looks like a great series for me to watch. I will be doing some wishful thinking...

I’m pulling for coastal. Only poors and cucks root for the top half of the conference they are in. It’s a defeated attitude.

it wasn't shitty at all until a former LSU coach was gifted our job for the 2025 season - a job that is clearly beyond his scope and abilities - prime or other -

it's also a program that's undefeated against LSU in Omaha and has historically played break-even ball on the road in Baton Rouge - the only SEC program to do so since 1992 -

there's nothing more entertaining than witnessing the apparently vast number of LSU fans who have absolutely zero clue that Carolina & Bobby Richardson were winning games in Omaha while Skip Bertman was still coaching high school ball in Miami

It's probably because no one cares about what happened 50 years ago. Or even 10 years ago.

Sorry your team is dogshit now.

obtuse much? or just ironic lapses?

He seemed to do fine for us. Seems like a you problem.
he was "retired" by LSU admin and your fan base largely ran him outta BR -

Gamecock baseball had the worst season ever in SEC play under his "leadership" and "coaching" - and also the worst overall season since the early 1960s - it's a Pulmonary problem -
