In 2024, yall had the best team you've had in a decade or more.
UGA had the worst football team they've had since 2020.
But yall found a way to lose to UGA twice.
How do you feel about that?

I would be more pissed if I think that's the best Texas team that we'll have for a long time, but I don't think that's going to be the case. We're only building up from here and with that SEC logo we're gonna pull a lot of kids from this area now. Justus Terry says hello by the way. How do you feel about that? Lol

I have heard this stuff before, and I'm not buying it. Carson Beck was projected to be a Heisman candidate, and everything was going Kirby's way until the SECCG. Again, that game destroyed your season. You simply couldn't afford to lose your QB and bring it home. But you did, and the shorthorns, in a lot of ways, ended your season.

I’ll take it a step further. Texas had the best team in 20 years, and still couldn’t win the title. We can only assume they’ll never win a title unless everyone just stays at home

The loss sucked but continually being on the minds of so many fans of other schools is quite flattering if I'm honest.
Question for you. You failed to win a single playoff game. How do you feel about that?
By your own standards on this board, Post season success is far more important that conference titles. We won 2 playoff games. Ga won 0. By the standards set on this board, we had the best football team in the SEC. So what's the issue?

It’s the same thing every year with these buffoons. Texas starts the season claiming a natty, Texas doesn’t win a natty, Texas claims that the previous season was the year before the year and they now have it figured out. The conference wasn’t why you weren’t winning the last 2 decades and talent has never been a problem for Texas. It’s impressive how well these morons take marching orders from a university that’s proven itself a huge loser over the last 10+ years

You dont have to buy anything. It’s a fact. I’m no Georgia fan and that was the worst Georgia team in 6 years. That was one of the worst SEC champions in the 21st century. And the conference as a whole was one of the worst overall years we’ve ever had.

Not my standards. Winning two meaningless games against 2 teams arbitrarily picked by a group of bureaucratic college football “experts” when both their teams might’ve have finished 7-5 in the SEC I might add.
If you were the best team in the conference you’d either have a national title trophy or a sec championship trophy to show for it.
