Odds your school will win a national championship in your lifetime?

Football: not bad
Baseball: not bad
Basketball: not happening
Football is a grind now. Outside the SEC/Big10 it strikes me a lot of teams are just kind of playing along for the contenders. I wonder how many fans know that.

I have seen my school win 10 national titles in the Big 3 sports in my lifetime and still expect to compete for them every year

I’ve seen OU lose more national championships than win in the big three sports. I was two in 1985 so I can’t really claim I witnessed that. I remember baseball in 1994 and football in 2000. Nowadays, shoot, that window is becoming more and more less.

I’m personally playing on the back 9. So it’s nice to see us on the right track in 2 sports. The years get away and the end of mack + strong + herman was a lot of years getting away.

Football: 3 so far in mine, I’d say more are possible even probable
Baseball: 1 so far, another possible but not likely

Football - I've watched 3, and the first one while in a sandbox against OU.
Baseball - I've watched 6, and one while in a different sandbox against TX.
