These coaches are mercenaries but they still have to trust the school leadership and people in charge of the NIL collectives.
Beard has proof of concept at Ole Miss, trusts the AD, and has full control with top half of the league NIL for basketball. Not saying he won’t leave, but Keith Carter is slowly shrinking the list of places he’d jump to. Similar to Lane in football.

Beard has everything he needs to win in Oxford. He's proven it. Why should he leave? There are schools and fan bases out there that think all coaches who are already making millions just want even more money and that's it. That they don't have other boxes to check.
