We looked sluggish in the first again, well not sluggish.. we jusy had trouble guarding them on the perimeter. And they went off.

But we came out in the 2nd and played some good ball on both sides of the court.. Good D and made some shots. I feel a little better now..

Yeah we looked pretty good in the first half but they were money from 3 and it overshadowed it

It would be great to have a game where everyone plays well. Either way, it was a big win tonight and some of the guys get a rest. Maybe Broome can get his head right. You could tell he was damn near scared to take a shot

His confidence is gone shooting the ball. We need his offense

Yeah, we weren't doing a good job staying on them at the perimter. They had lots of open 3s. Did a much better job sticking on them after the half.

They did lose their 3 mojo a bit too. They were killing it in the first half.

i was encouraged by our effort in the first half, they were just insanely good from beyond the arc

i figured they couldn’t keep it up in the second half

if that were to happen, we would destroy whomever ever we were playing

lets hope it happens

And still ended up shooting 44.4% from 3 which is a great day for a team. Honestly pleased with the entire game other than Broome being a non-factor offensively with the ball. We had better looks than they did in that first half but they couldn’t miss.

Felt like the old spark this team had where guys were loose and confident.

Need him to see one go through early in the game. Same with his FTs.

I feel like Bruce didn't care if they were hitting 3s. He didn't think they could maintain, so he shut down the skinny boy

Effort on defense. Even Broome played with great effort. Tough matchup for him but didn’t get bullied.

That is the difference for this team. Play hard on defense we are very difficult to beat.

Disagree. I think we took it away. Guarding was better on their perimeter shooters in the 2nd half.

Also, they tired out because they don't play much from their bench for good stretches. While we do and had to tonight with the injuries. So it wasn't above our guys coming off the bench as they have been playing all year.

They also had players in foul trouble who had to be careful so that made them tentative. Remember this team was talked about not being a fouling team all season. Our adjustments did their job and the guys came out and put a stop to it in the 2nd half.

They made 2 3s around the 15 minute mark and I thought they were right back in their first half groove.

But in that 6 minutes or so that they were held scoreless they were 0-4 from 3s.

Yeah that was a bad sequence from Broome after being up 14 where he missed two FTs but Cj still got the rebound, then he missed a layup, then turned it over, then tried for a three and missed.

You could tell we had worn them slap out. Even when we’re getting outplayed on the offensive end of the court in stretches, we’re relentlessly wearing our opponent down.

It’s extremely hard to get open looks or hit 3s in a consistent fashion when you’re just wore slap out.

The lads have taken interest in the games again. I hope to see more energy as the challenge increases.

This is a fascinating phenomenon that I have been witnessing in society over the last few years. People want to be right so bad, they have this natural inclination to disagree and want to argue about everything.

Even when they are in agreement. It’s amazing.
