They're gonna give the basketball program some more NIL money for next season and see if he can do better.

The AD is waiting for Will Wade to get a legit job so he’s not pressured into hiring him.
Makes perfect sense. The best coach you’ve ever had in basketball and the AD is too hardheaded to hire him back and admit he made a mistake.

Honestly I think it is LSU and the NCAA’s way of keeping the sanctions off of the Football team. Sacrifice Will Wade and the program for a few years. A deal had to have been made because no other logic applies.
And somehow this all began with LSU beating Kentucky at Rupp…JaVonte Smart and strong arse offers.
Pat Forde and pre Cancer Dickie V needed Massengil for their salty vaginas.

It is insanity.
First of all, how is any donor going to be convinced to kick in MORE NIL money when the product was as bad as it was? Second, if somehow they find a little more money, a marginal increase isn't gonna buy players to save that.

It's such a crock of shite yall had to fire him to begin with. The traditional powers of college basketball got away with blatant cheating and Tennessee and lsu had to fire coaches over nonsense. Do you remember the world wide wes shite with caliparri at kentucky or the made up curriculum at unc? Its laughable
