The more telling part of the play is not the slo mo shots of the Texas player leading with his helmet but the aftermath of the ASU guy laid out on the turf.

I don't think that was a flop. He took the brunt of the hit to his head and for all I know he might still be woozy.

Picking up Scattabaw and throwing him in for the TD was a penalty too. Shitty reffing in both sides.

The refs were probably afraid Texass fans would start throwing trash on the field

The CFP playoff rules committee sits at a casino in Las Vegas. You didn't know that?

It is clear targeting

I mean, that was never debatable. ASU doesn't draw as many eyes to the TV, so they got handed the L by the refs.

The missed spots were pretty important on several 3rd downs.

The pull the RB into the endzone by the O-line was pretty big.

Thought it was targeting as well. Good thing a football game is comprised of more than 1 play. We lost to Bama 3 years ago on the worst non safety call ever. It happens.

As it has been from the day SEC schedules were announced, the fix was in for Texas.

Beyond the game yesterday the real result of the non-call is Taafe won't have to sit the first half of the Cotton Bowl.

Missed calls are part of the game and everyone knows and accepts this.

However, this went to a booth review and was obvious. It's not easy to explain that. Gross incompetence or foul play? Take your pick.

Why do so many LSU fans want LSU to be tu's little brother so bad?
