Female play by play announcers ?

I love females and support their rise in any endeavor but listening to them call a football game is irritating. I have no clue why it irritates me so much...lol....but it's hard to watch a game with a female announcer. Navy/Oklahoma game is 'sound off' and just watching the game. Maybe I am a chauvinist and don't know it

It just bugs me that I feel like every single one of them tries to force a voice that you can tell is so fake

It’s a sign that society is rotting. She should be at home cooking a meal for her family but instead woke ESPN decided they had to DEI their way through the bowl season. Hopefully that goes away starting in January

You’ve seen it for several years. TV commercials and shows etc. came across a a term yesterday for it. It is called white male erasure. Even these short advertisements for colleges during athletic events on TV you would think almost no white males go to these colleges.

I don't know that I've heard enough to form an opinion on them as a whole, honestly.
I feel like Holly Rowe should have at least been given the chance, but if she already was I didn't catch it.

Slightly off topic but the Yankees radio announcer is female and she's terrific
