Next year expect a 8-4 team with 4 loses in conference.

They had a pretty darn good year this year. They will compete in the SEC for the foreseeable future.

Nah, they’ll be “elite” again next year based on avoiding most of the Big 6.
Reality arrives in 2026 when their “Welcome to the SEC” joining gift expires and they play the schedule like OU got this year.

Their sec schedule is the same. Name the teams that improve so much they’ll beat Texas.

Sark quite literally beat Bama in Tuscaloosa last season.

Texas will be in the mix, many believe Texas will be better next year. With #1 ranked recruiting class stacked behind last years class future looks bright.

And Alabama would never lose to Vanderbilt or Oklahoma. Believe it or not, you cannot predict the outcome of games that were never played.

As a Texas fan, i think playing Georgia twice will help Sark see where the improvement is needed. We didn't have the year we wanted but still great first year. College Football is hard to predict but we are situated IMO, to compete with the best .

Texas “competed” really well this season
