Even at 80 degrees, I would not be inclined to visit any of those places with the exception of maybe State College.

Having been to South Bend for a game every fan of CFB should make that trip. It is fantastic, except for the location in middle of nowhere.

If it wasn't outrageously expensive, I'd love to see Bama play Notre Dame play there in South Bend. If we're being totally honest, that cold is a big advantage for Notre Dame for them vs Bama. Someone a couple of days ago had mentioned that CKD probably needs to have the team practicing early in the morning when it's cold to prepare them.

I think that's a good idea. Most of our guys have no clue what it's like to freeze their a$$es in a football game.

It’s that damn Lake Michigan weather it’s crazy as hell. I’ve been up there and seen snow 15” in 2hrs. Watched some guys surfing in it. That lake effect weather comes outta no where before you know it.

If it’s 29 to 35 degrees that’s not to bad, when your running around burning energy your body will heat up to the point your sweating even. They’ll have good heat on the sidelines to stay warm.

Snow, Sleet and rain is a different animal, it’s a bloody mess playing in that kind sloppy conditions

It's a fun town and the area is beautiful in winter. It's better in fall, though.

I was at the 1976 game in South Bend. Definitely a bucket list kind of thing. I remember that their fans were really nice and welcoming -- not the kind of reception you get at UT Knoxville!! LOL.

I went to the Notre Dame, Alabama game in 1988. Pretty campus. Fans were fine. We got killed on the field

Yes, I would love to do that. Isn't logistically feasible, though.

I drove an hour and 15 minutes in a drizzle yesterday afternoon to attend a concert.

It was miserable.

Can't imagine driving around Columbus, Ohio, in freaking January.

My work will have me in South Bend, Indiana beginning December 16 for about 6 weeks.
One way or another I’ll be sporting Tide gear, because it’s most of my wardrobe.
This country boy ain’t looking forward to this.

Going to any of those games sounds awesome. Would be a very cool experience, no pun intended. Hope to be doing it in a couple weeks

At first I thought you were replying to the chugging of Jack.

I would not love to do that. It also is not logistically feasible at this age
