Conner Weigman to transfer

With Klein liking a more “running” type style QB, Conners agent is contacting other teams for him to transfer. Some teams that are interested: Auburn, OU, Georgia, Oregon and Ole Miss. Aggy, what recruits do you have coming in?

This is a good thing for him as a 5 star HS recruit with NFL potential.
This is a GREAT thing for Klein. We get another transfer that fits his system much better. No suprise Reed is the man now. Conner on the other hand was pure Jimbo.
Has a ton of potential but I personally know the kid has some "demons" that he is dealing with. And those are not football injuries.
Wish him all the luck and completely full road to recovery. Hope to see him in the NFL if he manages to turn things around.

Actually I do. His big NIL deal runs through a friend of mine's business. And he made me aware of a few things that are "working" through with Conner.
"Weedman".....might be some truth to this. But I am not confirming whatsoever.

He didn't follow the tyoical protocol of high level QB1 recovering from a serious injury.
I don't know if he is entitled or just didn't give a shite.
But gaining that amount of wait and becoming a blithering idiot in the off-season is not a recipe for success.

Yep.
He hasn’t been the same since his injury, and can’t get out of his own head. On the field, he hears footsteps that aren’t there.
He needs a fresh start elsewhere, and I wish him well. Sometimes it just doesn’t work out.
