lmao fricking moron. 3 other schools also voted in favor of this right that we used to "destroy the conference". A&M, Neb, and Oklahoma. Everyone seems to forget this.
In your case you're just an ignorant troll.

Maybe one of the bigger conferences will find a need for a has-been commuter school and you can betray your ACC brothers for TV money.

We WON'T wreck the SEC.

We WILL evict schools that are no longer capable of competing for the playoffs. After a couple of years of reviewing everything, a list will be prvoided to Sankey. Govern your programs accordingly - that means you a&m, missouri and arkansas.

And we’re going for the trifecta with the SEC. With a little help from our lapdogs Aggy and OU.

All in fun, but truth is Texas CAN'T wreck the SEC, even if it tried.

Texas has always been big fish in a little pond. This is not true in the SEC.

The worst that will happen is A&M will get their knickers bunched about something and go to B1G. No matter what Texas does (or doesn't do), Aggie is offended. We can't help that.

But this time, Aggie running away won't be a thing. The SEC will live on. No wreckage.

Maybe we should temporarily join the ACC after football season. Clemson, UNC and FSU would find good landing spots and Miami would go G5 where they belong.

Hell I bet you guys could beat up on G5 schools most years and feel wonderful about yourselves! Until playoff time that is.

Dummy. The "brothers" left us high and dry.

Nebraska
Colorado
Texas A&M
Missouri

We once had a good conference until all those phuckers took off.

Last I checked the Big 12 was still together.

In fact, they added more teams this season.

Wow you are an idiot.

Is every Miami fan this dumb?

I’m sure you’d sell out the ACC to take our place here.

The Big12 was a collection of small schools that the bigger schools were able to throw their weight around and rule over. The SEC bylaws equal the playing field, requiring unanimous or near unanimous agreement of all schools when rules are changed.

In other words, the SEC can handle Texas and any other school that comes into the conference much better than those other conferences were able to.

Meanwhile, you have 2 member schools begging to get out of the ACC. Maybe you should worry about your own house first.

I agree with your post but you and I are in the minority.
Texas is so powerful and their leadership is so superior to everyone else's that we orchestrated SEC scheduling in year one - 99% of SEC Rant

We voted that Big 12 schools could have a single Tier 3 out of conference game to sell the rights too.

But instead Texas colluded with ESPN (who traded tier 1 games with Fox who owned the Big 12 Tier 2 rights) to get conference (Kansas) games on the Longhorn Network that would have been Tier 2 games otherwise.

Also as part of the LHN contract Texas sold ESPN the TV rights to the Texas high school championship game despite asking NO ONE if it was ok. The Big 12 only found out because an Aggie lawyer did a freedom of information request for the contract.

The Texas AD at the time was of the opinion "its better to ask forgiveness than permission" and then Nebraska said "frick this."
