That's two really solid games in a row. Domination from start to finish.

I think a lot of it comes down to players finally adjusting to this new culture. Perhaps it's a melding of the old culture with the new.
DeBoer wants more of a player-led team, and I think the players were kind of confused by that until their backs were against the wall. The players started stepping up and holding everyone accountable. THIS is what DeBoer wanted from the beginning but it took a while, and it took adversity for it to happen.

Maybe this team has rediscovered discipline, and is coming together at just the right time.

It's a sign of great coaching that both games coming off of bye weeks we were at our best.

The defense has come a long way. They've grown leaps and bounds.

The offense seems like it's finally coming around and developing some consistency.

People keep saying this, and it's true; we're in a really good spot.

Defense definitely. Offensively, we need to keep playing to Milroe's strengths and forget about making him something he will never be. I don't care if he's the only one scoring as long as we win.

We got some good breaks last night. Offense still needs some work on efficiency.

We wont turn a corner until we move on from Milroe. He is what he is at this point. Some really good, some really bad.

I think so. More encouraged by the defense the past two games than anything, but I also appreciate the commitment to running the ball, even when the “traditional” run game has been stagnant at times.

The team, outside of the first play, executed the silent count flawlessly and that was amazing to see with how we have struggled on the road and in hostile environments.

I still think this team is capable of beating anyone. Just need to get healthy next week and then handle business the rest of the way and we should be in the playoff, possibly even hosting a game.

If we stick to being aggressive and unpredictable on defense and lean into the power run game and use of misdirection on offense, yes. If we slide back into rushing 3 and 4 in front of a vanilla zone and trying to spam the zone read and intermediate passing offense then no.

Defense has definitely played better, but it definitely helped playing a non-mobile QB.

However, no matter how you spin it, credit is due. They played the bend but dont break defense we all envisioned when the season started. You can tell the secondary is learning quickly and not giving up the big plays, and busts that plagued us early in the season.

The offense is TBD, we are definitely not hitting the deep ball like we had earlier in the season. However those were not ideal conditions last night so really cant put too much stock into it.

Did we find an identity running the ball or did we play two really run stopping defenses in back to back games.

Truth is obviously in the middle somewhere.

I feel like we can beat just about anybody on a neutral field. Can we string a handful of those wins together? Ehhhhhhhhh

Cautiously optimistic. I thought the Missouri back up qb was the worst I’ve ever seen, but I guess he actually played pretty well against Oklahoma last night. And Bama is a just a terrible matchup for LSU. They can’t run the football, don’t have a mobile QB, and can’t stop a mobile QB. But we have looked awfully good the last couple weeks. Looks like we will be in the playoffs. And hey get the right matchups and anything can happen

If teams let us run that QB power with Jam/Justice as the lead blocker, we will roll through the schedule.

We obviously looked really good the last two games, but let’s put a little context to it just to be transparent.

Mizzou was a paper tiger with a hurt QB that only played a few series. LSU can’t (or won’t) run the ball and it was pouring rain, so throwing the ball 50 times was never going to work.

I’ll damn sure take it compared to the shite we were watching against SC and TN.

The dude missed one throw last night on the deep ball to 3. RW and Law dropped two perfect balls and that was it. He made the right decision with the ball on every pass and run play.

Clown response. Some of yall are just plain miserable and can’t even say it when Milroe has a good game.

Of course he had a good game. But the comment was that he made every right decision with the ball.

If yall think that was a flawless performance than you are dumber than the LSU fans. Let me say it really loud for the folks in the back. MILROE PLAYED A GREAT GAME! But it wasnt perfect. There is still lots of room to improve.

Sorry, i dont have all those notes available for you today. Im just happy we won and played like a real Alabama team. But im also realistic.

We got some good breaks this game. We are improving but still got work to do, across the board.

If teams don't force BAMA to throw, they will roll into the playoffs and through them.

However, the BAMA/Lsu game was on national television. Every defensive coordinator watched it.

Any team that can force Milroe to give the ball to the RBs and throw the ball under pressure can stop BAMA.

Tejas in the SECCG will be fun fun fun.

BAMA owes them an arse whoopin anyway.
frick 'em. I want the SEC crown. I want the bye.

Everybody should want it. Give Deboer extra time to prepare for a 2nd round opponent and I like BAMA's chances vs anyone.

Realistically...

- We are better than Vandy and UT. Just had awful awful games.
- Team is adjusting to a new staff and culture.
- We've been very very undisciplined. Players have to take accountability. I think this has been where we've needed the biggest adjustment. Saban coaches differently and it took a while for folks to get their shite together.
- Team is continuing to grow as the season goes on.
- LSU is not a good team.
- Vandy is not Vandy of old and has a good coaching staff.
- Texas has a weak schedule
- Mike Bobo isn't the answer for UGA.
- Tennessee isn't that good either. We blow them out. If we play them again.
