Someone at FSU needs to hire a PR firm. Top to bottom FSU is proving to be the worst program in the history of college athletics. From running from competition to quitting g to litigating against their conference it is hard to imagine how they could be any worse. The University is going to start taking a serious PR hit with the AD running amok like it does. I know several FSU alumni….not certain the academic side is any better….seems an awful lot like a vocational schools instead of a university

Well he seems to be handling their loss well.

Message Board Geniuses material .... but it doesn't rise to civil court standard, not even small claims.

It's the silly season and pundits everywhere have had their say all offseason. It's cute and sells a lot of college content to predict the new boys' rise to fame and at the same time trashing the better program every chance they get. We've heard plenty about the new boys on the block on the rant as well.
FSU is that cautionary tale that is about to repeat itself many more times. A fool should have known how important Jordan Travis was to everything Norvell accomplished. The playoff committee got it. We have to hear over and over how all this portal talent is automatic to winning. Nothing is automatic to winning but winning. Ask GaTech.

Like it or not, the first amendment, Freedom of press, gives journalists the ability to lie. Anyone ever successfully sue the national inquirer?

I find it hilarious that he thinks anyone can get an accurate read on the team from practice. Hell just last year people were saying Arkansas had a D-line that would whoop anyone. Turns out they had just been practicing against the worst OL in the history of football.

As usual scrooster is right... but I have to admit its funny as hell watching this unravel. Obviously the lawsuit won't be successful but I want it to go ahead just to provide some good ole fashioned schadenfreude for everyone to enjoy.

Sent my daughter to FSU for a week of chorus camp. She came back and said she hated that place. Her group was practicing a hym they were going to perform and they were accosted by purple haired libs screaming "God's not real."

So true....puffery.... if it's stated as opinion and not a fact, exaggerations are legally fine

It's been pure entertainment reading their boards the past day.

There are 4,000 claimed gods...so even if one god was real they would be right about 3,999 of those gods...
would you not agree ?
