Tier 1

1. Marvin Harrison Jr.
2. Ja'Marr Chase
3. Rome Odunze
4. Chris Olave
5. Devonta Smith
6. Drake London
7. Garrett Wilson
8. Malik Nabers

Tier 2

9. Jayden Waddle
10. Jaxon Smith-Njigba
11. Rashod Bateman
12. Jermaine Burton
13. Brian Thomas Jr.
14. Jameson WIlliams
15. Elijah Moore
16. Jahan Dotson

Tier 3

17. Zay Flowers
18. Rickey Pearsall
19. Ladd McConkey
20. Jordan Addison
21. AD Mitchell
22. Treylon Burks
23. Quentin Johnston
24. Josh Downs
25. George Pickens

These are how he had them graded coming out of college. He's not saying MHJ is better than Chase now. He's saying he has him graded better than Chase when both were coming out.

I'll give you some his thoughts. Some of this is from memory. Obviously some of these have been misses.

He did say Treylon Burks should be used as a big slot and if Tennessee was gonna put him outside, he'd need years to develop to be good enough to be an X WR. Tennessee has tried to play him at X and that may be why he's been a disappointment, along with his health issues. He said similar things about Quentin Johnston and the Chargers have tried to play him outside and that also hasn't worked.

He really likes Nabers and said that if anyone wanted to say he should be higher than MH Jr. or Odunze in this class, it wouldn't be worth arguing. Said that he has him third because he's not as good at route running as those two, but he is good at it and if he improves could have the highest ceiling as he's a better tackle breaker than those two.

Really, really high on Pearsall. Loves that guy and said he could have been better if the QB play had been better.

Puka Nacua was his no. 1 sleeper WR last year in fantasy rookie drafts. I remember him calling him out several times last spring but he didn't know how to pronounce his name.

Whether it be coming out of High School or out of College:

The absolute lack of respect for Justin Jefferson as a prospect is absolutely astonishing . That dude has to play with the biggest fricking chip on his shoulder imaginable.

Marvin Harrison Jr.

If his name was Marvin Jones he’d be third tier. Nepotism to its finest

Regardless of his logic, this both puts a LOT on Harrison AND is setting up Harmon for people to call him an idiot if Harrison doesn't deliver.

It really is hard to argue who is the top wr in this class.

Its hard to think that #13 on his list could "surprise" people, but I think whoever drafts BTJ is getting their moneys worth.

Olave too high. He's a WR2 at best.

A little surprised Justin Jefferson wasn’t in there.

Do you mean coming out this year, or drafted the last 4 years?

I say this as a an Arkansas fan and a massive Treylon Burks fan. The guy isn’t THAT special of a receiver.

That's insane.

Eh.

Jermaine Burton looks really odd on that list. At no point in his college career was he a receiver who put fear in opponents. He has been a solid college WR, but at the same level as Jameson Williams? That's just silly.

He might be a solid NFL guy as well, but I'd put all of the last 4 SEC WR's on that list ahead of him. He's not a difference maker. He's just another solid WR.

I'd rank the former UGA receivers close to the exact opposite.

Pickens
McConkey
Mitchell
Burton
