What is your favorite Verne Lundquist SEC football memory?

Verne called his final Masters yesterday, marking his final sports play-by-play call of his career.
For all he did at The Masters and March Madness, he’ll always be the voice of SEC Saturday’s to me. Hate to see him go.
What is your all-time favorite Lundquist call or moment?
To me, I’ll never forget him dancing along to “Soulja Boy” in Sanford Stadium during the ‘07 blackout game against Auburn:

The call in the 86 Masters when 46 year old Jack Nicklaus was making his charge ( not football) but in football I guess his call in any of the Iron Bowls.

I know many will associate Verne with SEC Football as THE commentator for big games....this may show my age, for me Ron Franklin is the GOAT for calling SEC games

The time when he told Gary Danielson, "no, you cannot blow Nick Saban at halftime.".

Verne was as biased as Gary towards Bama. He is a legend with regards to the Masters/SEC football though. Seems like a quality human being as well.

I welcomed every time that Verne spoke because that meant that Gary wasn't speaking.

HIs call of TJ Yeldon's screen against LSU will always be a personal favorite of mine. He had a book signing in B-Ham a few years ago, and he probably spent 3 additional hours just talking to people, getting pictures, and answering questions.
Verne is the best

I always remember his "Oh My Gracious! How about that!" call when Manziel did his crazy, 360 escape form the Bama rush to throw a TD to Ryan Swope in 2012.

Not SEC football, but his call of Happy Gilmore's comeback in the 1996 Tour Championship was electric

My favorite Vern memory was him leaving college football. Now I want the same for Beth “lawnmower” Mowens.

Loved these. Also the kick 6.

I love when you guys say this and apparently have zero memory of them slobbing over Tebow or Newton or Manziel. Of course you ask for an example of this bias towards Bama and no one will tell you an exact comment that showed bias towards Bama......they all "just knew".

During his farewell tour, BAMA was at Ole Miss and Vern referred to Archie Manning coming through the door to say so long as Archie Griffen.

I like when he said "who in the hell is Happy Gilmore?"
