Auburn went into UF losing 14 straight or something like that and Florida had the week off, Todd Golden UF HC was a former Pearl assistant, had all week to prepare at home for the first time in 2 weeks. Auburn was coming off a big win vs Alabama in 3 days, having 1 practice. The details matter. Auburn played USC at home and 43-2 at home the last 3 seasons presently

Defensive effort, mental toughness, and team chemistry travel. All those things are harder to develop than ever in a me-first world. CFB's following a similar trend.

Last night was just weird, but last time we lost big on the road we recovered so hopefully we do that again

Nobody gives a shite about that run already 5 years ago besides Auburn fans, but like I said you’ll never do it again so I understand. Even North Carolina has gotten further than that since losing to Auburn.
