Yeah, I have. It seems like when people have a job and are offered a job with a better title and more money, they typically take that job. Have you considered that? Maybe paying him more and giving him a better title?

Going to work for a Kirby for a few years and then getting a P5 HC job is a pretty safe bet compared to our current situation. That just is what it is.

I’d personally prefer someone with experience and recruiters at other positions, but I obviously have no clue who is being considered and I’m just an armchair QB
