This seems to be Byrne's MO at this point. DeBoer's history is kinda a lot like Oats', but he was just one step above where Oats was on the coaching ladder.

Grubbs is running DeBoer's offense, so even if Grubbs stays at UW to be the HC, we'll be fine.

I wouldn't be surprised if UW elevates him to HC. If not, I would think...but he runs his HC's offense at the end of the day.
